Who We Are

Pathways Therapeutic Care is an independent limited company, that intends to provide care and support to children and young people who have been placed in the care of their local authority. Pathways Therapeutic Care intends to help children and young people to overcome their previous adverse childhood experiences, to reach their full potential and live independently within their local community, when they reach adulthood. 

Pathways Therapeutic Care will operate twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, to provide consistent care and support to the children and young people in placement. Pathways Therapeutic Care will have a dedicated workforce that have been trained in all relevant subjects including safeguarding child criminal exploitation, child sexual exploitation, preventing radicalisation, e-safety, first aid, trauma informed care and the PACE approach, (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy).
